The Online Students Grievance Redressal System (OSGRS) is an initiative established in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) to provide students with a transparent, fair, and efficient mechanism for submitting their grievances. The primary objective of this system is to safeguard students’ rights, promote accountability, and ensure a supportive academic and administrative environment within the institution.
Through this online platform, students and other stakeholders can lodge grievances related to admissions, examinations, evaluation, academic matters, administrative issues, infrastructure, harassment, discrimination, or any form of unfair practice. The system is designed to be easily accessible, secure, and user-friendly, encouraging students to report concerns without fear or hesitation.
All grievances submitted through the portal are carefully reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee of the institution. Each complaint is examined in accordance with UGC and university norms, and appropriate action is initiated to resolve the issue in a timely and impartial manner.
The complainant is kept informed about the progress and final resolution of the grievance through email or phone communication. The institution ensures strict confidentiality of the information provided and is committed to addressing every grievance with fairness, sensitivity, and responsibility, thereby fostering a positive and student-centric academic atmosphere at KUCET.
